5 STEPS FOR DETOXIFICATION
Here are 5 Basic steps for Detoxification:
The lock-down due to Covid situation has forced us to sit at home and this has made us lazy and has affected our lifestyle. This builds up a toxic load on our system which can be tackled by simple steps. First let us pledge to do some Inspiring and productive activities during lock-down and follow the steps below for detoxifying our system.
- Set your Sleep wake cycle: sleep and wake up at the same time regularly.
- Drink 1 glass of warm or room temperature water first thing in the morning and keep yourself hydrated throughout the day.
- Don't eat till you are hungry after waking up in the morning.
- Eat Natural, local and seasonal food items.
- Exercises and yoga regularly.
✔️ Detoxification is a natural process your body is already doing. If you follow these simple steps regularly your body will not need any external detoxification administration.
✔️ If someone follows an unhealthy lifestyle and deviates from the laws of Nature, body becomes incapable of eliminating toxins naturally and then it needs support.
