EVERYTHING IS A CHAIN REACTION !
The mankind has been
born for abundance, abundance in every aspect of life. But unfortunately most
of us are not living the life we are expected to live. We live in mediocrity,
an average life. And we admit it as our fortune and continue living it till our
last breath and irony is we teach the next generation also the same to be in
average category.
The fact is we cannot
change anybody’s perception towards life. The only person who can really do it
is the person itself. And if the person is ready for a change, everything is
possible and anything is possible.
So, let’s start and
know what are the reasons that we are not living the life we wanted and what
are the reasons behind it and how can one live a life he/she wanted to live.
Well, here’s a thing,
we can achieve a certain goal only when we believe we can achieve it. This is
true to its core. The truth is, the life we are living right now is our own
creation. Believe it or not. It is the universal truth and also a principal. Only
we as creatures are given the power of creation. But we can create for
ourselves only and not for others. We are not responsible for other’s good or
bad, but they are. And we cannot blame others for our problems but only us.
This might confuse you at the beginning but once we understand this, our life
will not be the same.
To understand this
principle we should understand that whatever happens, it starts with a thought,
be it positive or negative. The type of thought will decide what consequences
are going to come or what chain reaction is going to develop. Take an
example when you are angry at some news or something which didn’t happen as per
your plan. You sleep with the same thought, the negative thought that
something’s not right sends the same type of frequencies or vibrations in
the environment and the thoughts, places or persons or the situation matching
this frequency will start coming your way. The other morning you won’t get up
early, probably you will be late for the work and the traffic also will
suddenly trouble you or you might not get a parking space and the same day the
boss may say few harsh words to you since you are late. And again, your mood will not be good because of all these consequences and you may not focus on the work
properly. You see, there is a series of reaction or series of situations you
are dealing with which started with just a thought.
Most of us might think that 'the traffic was not in my control but how can I create it for myself and why will I create negative situations for myself'. But the fact is it’s not you but your thoughts and subconscious. Knowingly or unknowingly we may think something negative and it may have some strong frequency so the similar things happen to us.
So, the solution is to change the thought pattern right now, change the way you are feeling. It might sound very difficult to check every single thought that comes to our mind. But the simple way of checking the thought, whether it is good or bad is to check the way we are feeling. Our feelings and emotions will guide us to select our thoughts. There are good feelings and emotions and there are bad emotions. The good feelings are happiness, contentment, joy etc. and the bad feelings are sadness, sorrow, guilt etc.
It might be a little
difficult to change the feeling altogether from bad to good. Thus, we must go
gradually to change our thoughts and feelings. Suppose we are frustrated so we
cannot straight away go to the feeling of happiness altogether. We can at
least go to the emotion which is better than frustration. It might be anger due
to which the suppressed emotions may release and we start feeling better. This is the formula or a simple trick we can use to move further in feeling
good. The thoughts we are thinking over and over again get stronger and
stronger. Thus, there are more chances of attracting such thoughts which later
may become reality. So if there are positive thoughts in your mind then check
your emotions and feelings. If they are good enough, continue to think the same
way. But, if you are not feeling the way you want to feel, it is the time to
change your thoughts. Change it immediately selecting a better thought. This is
the law and it works every single time.
As we saw there is a
chain reaction for negative situations, similarly there are positive situations
for positive thoughts. If you are feeling happy and if you continue to feel the
same way, the thoughts become stronger and attract positive situations, people
and things towards you. Everything you
want will come your way as a magic and you might wonder that you are lucky. But
it has been created by you yourself, by your thoughts and your will.
You can write your own
story. You can be the painter of your own painting and you can be the creator
of your own life. The universal creator has gifted us this wonderful life and
now it’s in our hands to make it good or bad. And you are going to make it
good. I know it, you know it and the universe knows it.
