6 Inspiring activities to do during lock-down.!
Today, not only India but the entire world is fighting against the novel Corona virus and at this time it is very crucial for us to follow the instructions of the government and stay safe. It is for us these restrictions are being made. Hoping that soon the world recovers from the trauma caused by the present situation. Like there is a day after night, or light after darkness, good times after bad times, similarly the corona time will pass away. Just do your karmas and leave the rest to the the "Vidhata" or the"supreme being"or the"Universe","Creator"of the Universe rather.
During the Stay at home, we may incorporate the following things which may be useful for utilizing the time efficiently.
1. Prayer: Prayer is one of the most simple and easy way to connect to our inner self and to the source(God, supreme being, paramatma). The prayers produce positive vibrations which are transmitted into the universe and the vibrations with similar positive frequency returns to us. They nourishes our soul and purifies our thought processes. So, pray for the health, peace and prosperity for all the beings.
2. Practice gratitude: Being thankful for what is given to us is very necessary. This act help us to be more humble and respectful to the creator. The act of gratitude clears up any disturbances in the frequencies between you and the creator. Thus, practice gratitude twice daily. Once in the morning as you wake up and once at night just before sleep.
3. Reading books: This does not require any introduction as we all know that reading books enhances our knowledge and uplifts us in every aspect. Selection of book is also important. Select books to which you connect, the book which lifts your spirit and moral, the book through which you learn something new. Start with reading few pages anytime in the day when boredom sets in.
4. Discover your passion and practice it: One should know his/her interests and passion so that the person is able to indulge in it so religiously that he/she can do it for days together without getting bored. For discovering the passion within us, we may need to meditate, peep into ourselves to find out. Thus, practice meditation 10 minutes daily for a start and start looking for it.
5. Keep the TV remote down and spend some quality time with your family: It has become very important that we spend some good time with our loved ones or family. In this fast moving life we have stopped communicating much. We often communicate through digital media with one another. Now let us make it a habit that for a specific time we keep our gadgets aside, no TVs in the background and let us talk to each other, talk to our family, communicate with them and spend some great time understanding them and learning from them. If we have elders in our family, it is boon for us as their experiences are the best life lessons we can learn.
6. Helping others: This is a time when Nation needs 'Karmayoddhas' to get the situation stabilized. This is the time to show our love to our country and its fellowmen. This is the time to show our respect and gratitude towards the men and women who are fighting directly against the situation (doctors, nurses, scientists, police etc). Also, there are people who are struggling for food, shelter and clothing in this tough situation. Find out a way to help the country and do it with proper channels. If not, we can still help by staying safe at home and keeping our family and the others safe and by following the above mentioned points.

If I gotta bore,so started writing my mission and visions for future prospective thing's,or about Corona ciris days and survival, and sometime writing few Hindus Sanskrit and reading Mahabharata chapter wise.
This how I am handling this crisis.
And better we have to stay at home so your best whatever online is possible.
